Sometimes in rescue work there is a time when expensive treatments are needed, especially in a rescue like ours where we have cats for quite some time before they find a forever home. Donations toward Brenna's Fund will help us pay for emergency surgeries to help keep our kitties happy and healthy during their time with us - however long that may be. URGENT: September 2011 - DONATIONS NEEDED FOR FRANCINE
Francine has a tumor/polyp in her ear which has caused considerable pain and infection. Our vet cites a cost of $275+ which we don't have right now. Can you help Francine?
July 2011 Brenna's Fund Begins...DONATIONS NEEDED FOR BRENNA
Brenna is a sweet foster kitty, cute but shy and who has grown up in foster care with us. She is suffering from a severe mouth infection that requires dental surgery, and we don't have the necessary funds for her treatment. She is scheduled for her dental work on July 20th, 2011 and we need your help to raise the funds.
The estimate we were given cites a cost of $344.00 - $684.00 which is a lot of money I know...
Can you help this sweet little gal? It pains her to eat, and it pains me to see her this way.

September 2011 Update..DONATIONS STILL NEEDED FOR BRENNA
Brenna had her dental surgery July 20th and thanks to a few donations we had just enough to pay her vet bill. Unfortunately the vet was only able to complete half of the necessary work due to the severity of the infection. We were told that in 2 weeks she could come back for the rest. Soon after her surgery Brenna came down with an upper respiratory infection which delayed her readiness for the second round of surgery. She has gotten over that and we hope to raise the funds to finish the necessary dental surgery soon so she can make a full recovery. Brenna was at the vet again this morning for an antibiotic injection and a steroid shot to help her to eat in the meantime.
