Meet Phelps! 

Phelps was rescued as a tiny 3 day old kitten along with his 4 siblings.  Their mother had been hit by a car, leaving them orphans.  Phelps and his sisters and brother were lucky enough to find themselves in an experienced foster home where there were successfully hand raised.

Phelps is a spunky, playful, happy-go-lucky little boy with a sweet, gentle nature.  He loves everyone he meets and is always ready for a snuggle!  He is a 'velcro' kitty who always wants to be by his person's side. 

This handsome little kitten will need a forever home where he will be cared for like the little prince he is.  His beautiful fur will need brushed regularly.

Phelps was born on 4/3/16.  He has seen the vet twice for well check ups, has been flea and worm treated, and has had his first vaccine.  His adoption fee of $100 includes his 1st year vaccines and neuter surgery.  He is good with cats, dogs, and kids.  He would love to be adopted with on of his sisters! (Finley, Pharrah, Foxie)
