Asher was adopted by a woman in Mechanicsburg. Even though he was very shy and reserved, she gave him a chance at a better life. And boy, did it ever pay off! His new mommy tells us that he fits in so well, that she can't even imagine a time when he wasn't a part of her family. Asher now has a large furry family (something I know he must adore) and has even become best-friends with his new doggy.
hello. my name's asher and i'm about 4 months old. my siblings and i were rescued from the outside. i used to really miss the outside, but not so much anymore. it's so nice to have a warm bed and a full tummy every day.
i'm very shy at first in new surroundings. but once i adjust you'll see how great i can be. i'm a very active little boy, especially with my sister, Ashlynn. though, sometimes she thinks i her personal bed. i really enjoy wrestling and running around investigating everything.
i get along really well with other cats. i especially like older female kitties because they remind me of my mommy. i would really like a forever home with another cat. even better, i would love a home my sister, ashlynn, and i could go to together.
my foster mommy says i probably wouldn't like a home with children. i guess it's because i get scared with loud noises and when people run towards me. my foster mommy is helping me to be less shy and really showing me how great indoor life i can be. i just have to learn that nothing is ever going to hurt me.
if you have room in your home and heart for me, maybe you could consider taking me home?

(Asher is the brother of Ashton and Ashlynn. While we would love to see him go to a home with one of his littermates -especially his sister, it is not a requirement for adoption.)
