Hi my name is Dooney.  I am a very sweet, talkative and social boy who loves attention from people.  I was thrown outside by my owner (who traveled a lot for work) until a neighbor rescued me and brought me into a warm home again.  The lady who rescued me always told me she didnt understand how anyone could throw me out because I am such a sweet boy!!!   

I have good manners like using the litterbox and I even come when called!  Im good with kids and other animals as well.  I dont mind sharing the attention as long as I get some too :)  I am a laidback kind of kitty but I do like to play as well.  All I really want is a home of my own where I can be loved forever and never be thrown out again. 

Dooney is a very intelligent cat.  He just seems to understand what you are saying to him and truly enjoys human attention.  He eats treats out of your hands and is even gentle with children and likes dogs too!!!

The vet believes he is about 3-4 years old. He has tested negative for FIV/FEL, is neutered, and is updated on his vaccinations.
