Ryan is being fostered in Lancaster, PA.  He is only available to be adopted within PA by families willing to travel to Lancaster to meet him.  He is vaccinated, neutered, negative for FIV/FeLV and has been regularly treated with Flea and worm preventatives.  He was born April 21, 2013.

Ryan is a handsome boy with a big personality!  He loves to lay on his foster family while they watch tv, and likes to follow them around.  He loves to be petted and likes to be held and snuggled.  When he wants attention he makes a cute little chirpy noise and will roll around at your feet.  Ryan LOVES toys of all sorts!  He is very energetic and needs plenty of toys to keep him busy.  He is very smart and could probably learn tricks if someone wanted to train him! 

Ryan was rescued at the age of 2.5 weeks along with his 4 sisters.  His mother was hit by a car and had his litter not been rescued, they would have died.  We gave Ryan and his sisters to another nursing mama we had in one of our foster homes, and she accepted them and raised them as her own.  Ryan was the smallest of his litter and needed some extra care in the beginning help him get strong enough to nurse.  He is a big strong boy now though!!

Ryan would do best in a home with a kitty buddy or two for him to play with.  However, he is outgoing enough to be an only kitty if he had a family that played with him lots and kept him busy!

UPDATE 8/10/14

Ryan was adopted by a family but they have decided that they cannot keep him.  He needs a new home as soon as possible, they are ready to rehome him immediately.  The family who adopted him has an older female cat who does not like Ryan.  Ryan is not happy in his current home.  He needs a family who will work to stimulate his mind and help him stay active.  He would do well with another cat who will wrestle with him and play with him.
